Ian Douglas Bruce is the Executive Coordinator for Peninsula Streams Society.

Through his consulting firm, Watershed Ecological Services Ltd., he also provides ecological and fisheries services to industry, government and First Nations. Ian is a registered professional biologist and completed a Diploma in Restoration of Natural Systems at UVic in 2003.

Ian grew up in Victoria, attending Margaret Jenkins, Monterey, Oak Bay Junior/Senior Schools and UVic. After a twenty year sojourn on the Island’s West Coast, he moved to the Saanich Peninsula in 1997.


Francesca Loro is the Office Administrator and Stewardship/Education Coordinator for Peninsula Streams Society.

A PSS team member since 2008, Francesca oversees administrative operations, fundraises, organizes the Environmental Education programming, coordinates with volunteers, and many other things. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Royal Roads University in 2007, Francesca stepped into the role of Stewardship Coordinator. When she’s not working she’s volunteering in local food security and exploring the beaches and parks around Victoria, BC.

Brian Koval is the Assistant Coordinator for Peninsula Streams Society.
