Oh, Happy Day!…Park

Along with the Brentwood Bay LEAD group (LEAD = Local Environmental Action Divas), we will be holding a volunteer work party this coming Saturday May 5th at Happy Day Park (what a great name for a park!) in Brentwood.   Happy Day Park is a very small green space that has become overwhelmed with English Ivy.   We think that with a group of ~10-12 volunteers, we will be able to make a marked improvement to the park through ivy removal.   Whether you are new to invasive species removal, or you are an experienced hand, you are most welcome to join us!

If you would like to join us, please email Francesca at Peninsula Streams or, alternatively, you can visit the Connect-the-Dots website to sign up
